Returns
Custom-made signs are generally non-returnable. However, for a manufacturing defect or wrong product we repair or replace it free of charge.
Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged, report it with photos within 24 hours and we will resolve it.
Refunds
For advance payments, refunds apply subject to verification.
